Kelly is extremely flexible and collaborative in her approach... She took time getting to know our values, culture and philosophy and shows great respect in always adhering to these characteristics.  Kelly ensures all stakeholders are included in the evaluation project such as members (clients), board members and staff… and is always open to feedback.

-Criss Habal-Brosek, Executive Director, Progress Place

The evaluation team asked sharp, incisive questions and took the time to actively listen to understand what we hoped to learn and test. They explained their methodology clearly to better understand what how evaluation would benefit our project and make an informed decision. The evaluation results were informative to our strategic planning process. Enabling us to learn what worked, what did not work and more critically, whether we were having an impact. The final evaluation report provided deep insight into these areas.

Furthermore, Coperitia played a critical role in disseminating our work by consulting with us every step of the way with conference presentations and publications. We whole-heartedly recommend them to evaluate any project, particularly those in which one must "build the plane as they fly it." It was a pleasure working with them and we would strongly consider working with them again for any other projects that requires evaluation expertise.

Kelly McShane’s style and approach, being highly collaborative, has benefitted Renascent not only from the perspective of receiving extremely valuable and professional evaluations but also in promoting staff development and education in conjunction with the evaluation process. She is an excellent educator, receiving extremely high staff ratings of her workshop “Program Evaluation” (a topic not easily embraced by front line clinicians). Not only was her presentation style engaging and interesting, but she was also able to apply program evaluation principles to clinical interventions, hence speaking the language of clinicians.
